I am truly passionate about working with children, young people, families, wider systems and communities towards understanding and supporting experiences of complex trauma and attachment needs.
I enjoy working alongside care experienced and adopted children and young people. I have developed significant experience, skill and passion in this area during my post-qualified career. I particularly enjoy and have developed highly specialist knowledge and skills in delivering consultations, facilitating supervision and reflective groups for wider professional groups and organisations, including teaching and training.
MY APPROACH
I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years experience working in the field of mental health and trauma informed practice.
My specialist interest is complex trauma and attachment, with my post-qualified career spent working with care experienced children and young people. I have developed significant skill in delivering consultations, facilitating supervision and reflective groups for professionals alongside teaching and training.
I am high specialised and competent with delivering assessment, formulation and intervention, both on an individual and systemic level. I also carry out psychological assessments of children and families within the Family Court arena. I particularly enjoy working creatively with young people and their networks in a trauma informed way.

I am a compassionate, creative, and innovative clinical psychologist and systemic practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for integrative, trauma-informed and formulation-driven practice with children, young people, families around every level of their lives.
I value building on safety, strength, curiosity and connection through empowerment and hope towards supporting children, young people, families, professionals and systems to achieve identified change towards endless possibilities.
MY APPROACH
I am a highly specialised Clinical Psychologist and Systemic Practitioner with over 12 years' experience working across the NHS, social care, third sector and private practice. I support children, young people, families and professionals using a compassionate, trauma-informed and integrative approach tailored to each individual's needs.
My work focuses on creating safe, collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationships that build on strengths, curiosity and hope. I believe in listening carefully, understanding each person's unique experiences and working together to create meaningful, lasting change.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Systemic and Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), adapting each to meet the needs of the child, young person or family.
Alongside therapeutic work, I am passionate about supporting professionals and organisations through clinical supervision, consultation, reflective practice, teaching and training. I strive to promote trauma-informed, psychologically informed practice that helps children, young people and families thrive.
